Founder
After years of struggling with addiction, stress, and internal noise, Tim discovered breathwork as a powerful tool for clarity, healing, and transformation.
What began as personal recovery evolved into a deeper mission — helping others reconnect to themselves through breath, presence, and nervous system regulation.
Today, Tim facilitates transformational breathwork experiences through The Breath Den.
In their words
It felt really grounding and intense at the same time. At first I was just focused on the breathing itself, but after a while it felt like everything slowed down and I became way more aware of my body and emotions. There were moments where it almost felt emotional without me fully understanding why, but overall I left feeling lighter, clearer, and really calm. It was a pretty powerful experience and definitely different from what I expected going into it. Once finished my head felt clear — almost empty.
The session was honestly really powerful and I'll definitely do it again. It felt like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders and since then I've felt a lot better mentally as well. I really appreciate what Tim is doing and the space he's creating. Proud of what he's building — keep it up brother.
